Programme Lead

I am a program Lead at ED Impact Africa Foundation, with 10 years of experience working across education, programme management, strategic communications, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and education systems strengthening. In my current role, I support the implementation and coordination of education programmes, work closely with government and district education stakeholders, and contribute to strengthening school leadership and teaching practices through initiatives such as Leaders in Teaching.

About Me

My experience includes facilitating capacity-building activities for education leaders, supporting programme implementation across districts and schools, developing and communicating programme insights, and building relationships with government, education partners, and other key stakeholders. I am passionate about strengthening education systems through collaboration, and practical approaches that enable education leaders and teachers to thrive.

I am particularly motivated by seeing evidence and ideas translate into meaningful action that improves the quality of education and creates better opportunities for learners. Through my work, I bring together programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building to contribute to sustainable improvements in education.
